GMA SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR

Self-defense seminars are a great way to learn valuable skills and support a good cause. We
are excited to announce that we will be holding self-defense seminars with 40% of proceeds
being donated to the Take Back The Night Foundation . The minimum age for these seminars is
12 years old, and we have listed the dates and available time slots below.

During these seminars, participants will learn practical self-defense techniques and strategies
for personal safety. The seminars will be led by experienced instructors and will cover a range of
scenarios, including how to defend against common attacks and how to escape from dangerous
situations.
