Saturday June 22nd - Arrival Time - 10:00AM at Laguna Beach Basketball Court

10:00AM: Laguna Beach Basketball Court (Parents can help to drop off and pick up)

12:00PM: Lunch (Provided by us)

1:00PM to 1:30PM: Forms and breaking techniques

3:00PM: Self defense, kicks, sparring drill, hand techniques

4:00PM to 5:00PM: Conditioning

5:00PM to 6:00PM: Jujitsu

6:00PM to 7:00PM: Dinner (Provided by us)

7:00PM: Student Pick up

Sunday June 23rd - Arrival Time - 10:00AM at Galaxy Martial Arts location - Testing Day

10:00AM to 11:00AM: Warm up, running

11:00AM to 12:00PM: Review forms and breaking techniques

12:00PM to 1:00PM: Light lunch and change

1:00PM to 3:00PM: TESTING
